As a complete ERP/SCM/CRM solution provider, we can meet all your implementation needs - whether you choose to migrate from your current system, or to integrate eReplicator™ as an add-on to your current system or systems. We provide the same rapid design-to-release time, ease of modification, and unprecedented pricing structures.

For the first time in the enterprise solutions business, all customization and modification could be included in your price. You may not be charged for any changes. We would only charge for the time spent with you to understand which changes you actually want, to determine which changes are right for you, and to define them.

We offer the following services for new eReplicator installations:

• Project scope definition
  We determine the basic, high level scope of your project. Is this a migration? An add-on integration? Will old functionality be replicated? Will the design be brand new?

• Current Organization Audit
  Among other items, we may examine your operation for:

  • Workflow / process types
  • Data elements
  • SKU structure
  • Input forms, validation, and logic
  • Automated processes
  • Movement of goods
  • Statuses
  • Manual Processes or spreadsheets
  • Allocation processes
  • Management applications
  • Existing reports / inquiries
  • Users' pet peeves with your current system
  • Missing or desired functionality

• Requirements definition
  Keep in mind that even after determining the requirements of your system, this is not the final say as to the delivered system. The system can easily change from this starting point, and we can accommodate scope-creep.
  

• Test Installation
  Since implementation is reasonably easy and flexible, requirements specifications are not etched in stone. One approach might be to install a test installation of the system in your organization, deliver each application for your review, testing, and redefinition, and allow for multiple iterations to your users' satisfaction.
  

• Modifications based on customer feedback
  Changes to the system are based solely on authorized feedback. Often, we can make the changes instantly, right in front of you. If we need to go back to the shop to make more changes, those deemed customization are typically included in the system cost.

• Data Migration
  Depending on the integration scheme, data migration may be minimal. The new system may be mapped directly to your old system using Universal Database Connectivity.
  

• Administration
  Database administration may be handled by us, by your organization, or both, depending on your specific circumstances and preferences.

• Ongoing License, Maintenance and Support
  Any additions to the engine to ensure that all user defined definitions are accommodated are provided free of charge for the life and duration of the on-going License Continuity and Maintenance Agreement.
  

• Customization / Modification
  Over time, to accommodate business changes or new requirements, we can respond quickly and inexpensively by using eReplicator to address such needs. While there is an hourly charge to sit with you and determine your needs, all actual customization of and modifications to your system may be included for the life of License Continuity and Maintenance Agreement.
